The Curated Plate is the premier culinary festival of the Sunshine Coast in beautiful Queensland, Australia. This home-grown festival is a delicious 10-day celebration of the region’s local produce, producers and chefs, and unique natural assets from the sea to the hinterland. Locals and visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the flavours of the region and connect with growers, producers, and chefs through memorable experiences. Think of the Curated Plate like visiting your favourite friend who loves to entertain.  You are welcomed into their home and greeted with warmth and enthusiasm.  There is an abundance of local produce, cooked with love and served with joy.  After every meal there’s always a great story to tell. There are more than 100 events to choose from the menu this winter July 28 – August 6.
